As CEO of PerfectQuote, Justin Sylvester has made it his mission to provide insurance brokers and carriers with real-time data to reduce spend, lower premiums, and improve overall employee health. His goal is to bring kickass technology to the insurance industry and modernize the way insurance products are bought, sold, and managed.
Before co-founding PerfectQuote in 2017, Justin worked in insurance consulting for Arthur J. Gallagher and in benefits administration software sales for PlanSource. He earned his BS in Physics from LSU and his MBA in Finance from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management. He lives in Austin with his wife and two daughters and their french bulldog, Mingo.
As COO, General Counsel, and interim CTO, Aaron Snyder brings 15+ years of business leadership, technical experience, and legal acumen to PerfectQuote. He’s passionate about helping lead the transformation of the insurance industry and positively changing how commercial health brokers and employers analyze, review, and select health insurance.
Before co-founding PerfectQuote, Aaron started his career as a music attorney and led companies in the consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, and technology and software development spaces. He earned his BA from American University and his JD/MBA from Syracuse University. Aaron holds a number of US and international patents and is licensed to practice law in 4 states. He lives in Austin with his family & dog, Birdie.
In his Director of Sales role, Dan brings 30+ years of employee benefit sales, sales leadership and InsurTech knowledge from a variety of experiences in the benefits field.. He is firmly committed to building efficiencies, significantly reducing costs and creating top-line and bottom-line growth for broker firms.
Prior to joining PerfectQuote, Dan began his career as a carrier rep and sales leader, built a Texas market presence for a PEO and was a benefits broker in the Fortune 1000 market. He earned his BA from the College of the Holy Cross. Dan lives in Austin, where his daughter is finishing up at the University of Texas.
