PerfectQuote’s Proposal Reader is a proprietary, one-of-a-kind technology specifically designed to read carrier proposal files and SBCs. The Proposal Reader quickly and accurately scans and extracts plan details and rates from any medical and/or ancillary carrier proposals. Once the data is extracted, the application displays all relevant information from the files and creates the unique analysis and presentation experience—without having to key data.

In today’s digital world, we understand the importance of protecting our customer’s data.

The PerfectQuote application is cloud-based and leverages nationally-recognized service providers, including Amazon Web Services. Our development team follows best development practices and security protocols, including following OWASP Top 10 practices. They also conduct regular penetration testing and are annually audited for SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.

PerfectQuote requires multi-factor authentication login for its internal stakeholders and offers this functionality to its customers. We also offer workplace data management security services.

At PerfectQuote we are continually investing and innovating the platform. Our roadmap initiatives rely heavily on the feedback received from our customers. Key initiatives focus on greater flexibility for firm-specific preferences and workflows as well as integrations with third-party platforms.
In addition to ACA/metallic medical plans, PerfectQuote supports all medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, basic life, STD, and LTD carriers offering underwritten plans via PerfectQuote Proposal Reader, our proprietary proposal tool.
PerfectQuote offers the ability to work only with ACA/metallic plans. With PerfectQuote’s census wizard, brokers can submit a census to quote medical ACA plans in all 50 states. Along with ACA medical plans, PerfectQuote also works with alt-funded plans to provide a complete small group experience.
The PerfectQuote platform does not support ICHRA plans. PerfectQuote supports small group medical, large group medical, dental, vision, basic life, voluntary life, STD, and LTD.

Yes, any underwritten large group medical proposals can be brought into the PerfectQuote platform via our Proposal Reader tool.
PerfectQuote currently has integrations with BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator. We anticipate an integration with Ease in early 2023.

We provide a default template. For an additional fee, PerfectQuote can create a branded spreadsheet for your agency which includes custom logos, color schemes and declaration pages. PerfectQuote can also accommodate a highly customized, agency-specific spreadsheet if needed.

PerfectQuote contracts typically require a two user minimum. Customers can add additional subscribers at any time during the contract period.
PerfectQuote contracts are generally two-year commitments.
For the most cost-effective subscription, PerfectQuote offers packages that are billed upfront on an annual basis.
While PerfectQuote is designed to be an intuitive platform it is also quite flexible. We designed the platform to accommodate the nuances of health plans, state rules and complex benefit offerings. Because we want our users to be successful, we require training and do not offer a free trial.
Our team is dedicated to helping each customer with a successful launch and long-term support. We recommend giving your agency 4–5 weeks to implement. Onboarding includes a welcome call, online training courses, and live training sessions (depending on the subscription).

Yes. Not only have we built a library of training walkthrough videos, we offer live training sessions for several of the subscriptions. If needed, an agency can purchase additional training sessions as well.

Our training and support team have deep insurance backgrounds; they have either been an account manager at a brokerage firm, sold insurance or have the role of quoting benefits.

Yes! PerfectQuote provides on-going support for all our clients. We offer weekly office hours. These sessions are open to all clients for ad-hoc question-and-answer sessions and advanced training.
