Does PerfectQuote work with all carriers?
Yes. Our RFP Workflow supports 400+ carrier proposal formats across medical, dental, vision, life, and disability, so you can submit to brokers clearly and accurately.
Does my team need training?
No training is required. Your reps continue working as they always have—replying to RFP emails and attaching quotes.
What kind of reporting do I get?
Carriers receive daily lead reports showing where your quotes were included, how you compared against in-force plans, and win/loss insights to refine future proposals.
How does PerfectQuote protect data?
PerfectQuote safeguards data through a layered approach. We collect only necessary personal and health information, which is encrypted in transit with SSL and at rest, and stores it with 128-bit encryption. Access is limited through least privileged access and protected by commercially reasonable industry-standard security procedures to prevent unauthorized intrusion. Personal data is only disclosed to trusted affiliates, service providers, or as required by law, with contractual obligations ensuring confidentiality. Data is retained only as long as needed, then securely deleted or de-identified. Importantly, Protected Information is not used to train third-party AI models, and only anonymized data may be used for proprietary AI improvements.
