PerfectQuote goes live with its Employee Navigator integration to create a seamless quote to enrollment experience.

Austin, TX, April 20, 2022. PerfectQuote, a leading Group Health Insurance CQP (configure – price – quote) platform, has made its integration with Employee Navigator commercially available to all of its customers after a six (6) months beta trial run. Employee Navigator is one of the largest benefit administration platforms supporting benefits enrollment and maintains a customer base of over 2500 brokers.  With the new PerfectQuote integration, brokers and their teams can seamlessly push benefit plans and rates into Employee Navigator from PerfectQuote with just a few clicks.  This eliminates the need to manually build the benefit plans and rates for their groups and, in return, saves the agency hours per group.

About the Integration

Each year employers make changes to their benefit offering such as new carriers, new lines of coverage, rate and deduction changes.  The process to  build or update the benefit offerings in Employee Navigator can take 3-6 hours per group.  

Via API integration, PerfectQuote populates the Employee Navigator platform with:

  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, voluntary life, STD and LTD lines of coverage
  • Policy information
  • Rates for individual, family, out-of-pocket, copays, coinsurance and more
  • Benefit Summary details
