PerfectQuote offers four subscription tiers — ACA, ACA+, Flagship, and Enterprise — priced per user per month on a 2-year agreement. The right plan depends on the plan types your agency quotes, the carriers you work with, and the size of your book of business. For most agencies selling a full benefits package, Flagship is the best fit.
Best for: Agencies that exclusively quote ACA small group medical plans and want to eliminate manual data entry from that workflow.
ACA gives you access to small group medical quoting across all 50 states. It’s the entry point into the platform and covers the basics — but it does not include access to fully funded or level funded medical plans, ancillary benefits, or Supplemental Health.
If your agency only works in the ACA/small group space and doesn’t quote ancillary, ACA is a clean, cost-effective starting point. Most agencies that start here eventually move to ACA+ or Flagship as they grow their book or add plan types.
Best for: Agencies quoting ACA small group plus select carriers for ancillary or additional medical options.
ACA+ builds on the base plan by adding access to select carriers beyond the ACA pool. It’s a step up for agencies that are starting to expand their offering but aren’t yet quoting the full range of plan types that Flagship supports.
Best for: The majority of employee benefits agencies selling a comprehensive benefits package — medical, ancillary, and Supplemental Health.
If your agency sells more than just ACA plans — or if you want to start including Supplemental Health in every client presentation — Flagship is the right choice.
Best for: Larger agencies and general agents with higher volumes, multiple offices, or needs that go beyond the standard Flagship offering.
Enterprise includes everything in Flagship with custom pricing based on firm size and usage volume. It’s designed for agencies that need the platform to scale across a large book of business, multiple teams, or specialized workflow requirements.

If you’re only doing ACA today but plan to expand into ancillary or level funded, starting on Flagship now avoids a mid-contract upgrade conversation later.
Health benefits — Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity — are only available on Flagship and Enterprise. If you’re not currently including these in client presentations, Flagship gives you the tool to start. When they’re easy to present, they’re easy to sell.
All plans are priced per user per month with a two-user minimum. Adding users is available at any time during the contract period. Think about how many people in your agency will actively use the platform — account managers, producers, and operations staff who touch the quoting and renewal process.
PerfectQuote contracts are generally two-year agreements, billed upfront on an annual basis for the best rate. This is a meaningful commitment — which is why requesting a demo before signing is the right first step.
